Query regarding Sales Order and Shipping Functionality

Hello Experts,

Customer has the below queries regarding Sales Order and Shipping Functionality. There is not much documentation available around this topic.

Could you please help to answer the below:

How does siebel send partial shipments to Oracle . Customer is using PIP for Create Order.
What is the significance of Partial Ship checkbox on Sales order >> More info applet ?
What is Ship complete on Sales order >>Shipping applet ?
What is Package on the Sales order >>Shipping >> Fulfillment applet, can we use this as shipset in Oracle.
