Service Contract Discount is not shown in the Charges tab within Service Requests

Service requests are created for Products with valid warranty. When charge lines are created directly in Service request charges tab or from field service debrief, the eligible warranty is showing in the Pricing rule tab in Service request, but the Contract Discount Amount shows 0 which are not applied eligible warranty.

Any ideas? Thanks very much in advance.
