Item is in 2 Locators - When doing Pick Release, what is the logic to know which locator will be pic

Hello Gurus,

My item is in 2 Locators - Item Subinventories, and I have quantities on-hand Inventory in both locators.

When doing the Pick Release, the Pick From Locators is empty.

What is the logic to know from which locator the pick Release will be performed against when the pick from Locators is empty?
