Send Letter is clocking
Hi,
This is an ongoing issue with one of the agent in my siebel callcenter_enu application. When the agent is pressing Ctrl + L to send a letter the application start to clock and the agent has to close the browser from task manager to exit from the application. We have checked the position and responsibility assigned to that agent and compared it with another agent from the same work group and everything looks like same. But the issue is still there, the agent already tried from different PC but no luck.
Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
