Customer Interface to Siebel CRM

We are implementiong Siebel CRM and EBS. The customer creation and any updates to the customer master (account/site/contacts) will be done in Accounts Revceivable. This additions and updates will be to flow to Siebel CRM.

Is there any standard process/API's available that can be used to interface the customer master from Oracle Receivables to Siebel CRM and also take care of future updates.
