Oracle EBS 11.5 BPA Error -

Hi-

When I try to upload an external RTF file to BPA, I am getting an error that states 'The file type of the uploaded template does not match the template type selected.'.  Looking on Oracle support there was an issue and a solution was to load from the desktop.  I tried that and I am still getting an error.  Any suggestions?
