Sorry Oracle, but your Internet presence is disastrous !

I am searching for a APEX Community here but in the "select community" dropdown there is everything but no entry for APEX. So i tried to find a direct Link on the Oracle Main website. I did not find an entry to APEX so i tried the search function.
The result is an error message in my (firefox) browser " Redirect Error -  The website you are opening redirects the request in a way it never can be completed. This problem appears when cookies are disabled" but cookies are allowed on my system.
