How can I disable some VTDs from being used without VSM reconfiguration (dynamicaly)

Hello,

We have a problem when some of VTV retain MOUNT flag while it not visible as mounted during VT D VTD command and reclamation of MVCs on which this VTVs resided could not be performed as system said that one or more VTV currently mounted. This situation occure when VTVs mounted only on certain VTDs address range.  We use VTCS 6.1 and z/OS 1.7. I want to remove this VTD range from processing without VSM reconfiguration (like make them OFFLINE).
