Should OSM be integrated with ASAP via JMS Bridges or SAF?

Hi all,

I'm trying to integrate OSM (7.0.1, weblogic 10.3.1) with ASAP (7.0.2, weblogic 10.3.3).

After going into Oracle documentation i found:
