How to move Concurrent Manager from Admin node to Web nodes and enable PCP with Non-RAC database

On one of the R12 EBS instance running on shared_appltop (and Non-RAC DB) with Database server node hosting DB/ADMIN/CONC servers and two Application nodes hosting FORMS/WEB server we need to move Concurrent Manager from Admin node to Web nodes and enable PCP.
I could not find exact document on setting up PCP on R12 instance running on Non-RAC but based on similar doc for 11i instance and additional docs listed in this mail I have listed down the steps required.

Please advise if this looks fine or I am missing something.

1) Using OAM context editor

Disable Concurrent processing on DB node by setting following in context file
