Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. how to reduce number of Segment in a new implementation

hi i am papering for new implementation

there may have a 12 segment in the Key flex field structure,

any one have a work round or tips to reduce the segment while keeping there data gathering requirement
