Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Making Serial Number Uneditable for manually entered IB instances 11.5.10.2

When a new IB instance is created for a serial controlled item, the serial number field is editable.

Is there a way to make the this field uneditable? Can permissions be used to control this for different roles?
