AME for Purchase Requisition Approvals

Hello,

We are implementing AME for Purchase Requisition Approvals. 

the requirement is: 

1) For Purchase Requisitions where 'Attribte15=Y'  approval list should be built using AME

2) For Purchase Requisitions where 'Attribte15=null'  approval list should be built using Position Hierarchy

Could someone please suggest if is possible  satisfy the requirement?

Any help will be appreciated.
