OEM Grid Performance Tab

Hello.  We have Oracle 11.2.0.3 installed in a 2 node RAC cluster and some databases installed on this cluster.  We've installed an Oracle 11.1.0.1 agent installed and configured across both nodes of the cluster.  And, our noted databases are discovered and appear in our OEM Grid Console.   Specifically, may be of note, we installed Oracle Standard Edition and not Oracle Enterprise Edition.  On our other servers we have Oracle Enterprise Edition.

On these noted Standard RAC DBs when we go into OEM and access the Performance tab and then look at the Top Activity (for Top Sql and Top Sessions) or access the the "Run Ash button" we see the following type message:
