I'm trying to setup a field valdation for "Address State" when someone creates a lead by using:

[<StateProvince>] IS NOT NULL

I also tried the following:

[<StateProvince>] IS NULL

NOT [<StateProvince>] IS NULL

Nothing is working.  Are we able to setup a field requirement based on an address field value.  It seems silly not to be able to... or I'm just missing something on end.  : /
