How do records get deleted from RK_ALLOCATIONS

I would like to know how records (Allocations or Wh to Store transfers) get removed/deleted from the RK_ALLOCATIONS table. Apparently, there is no purge job for this table in SIM (PurgeAll does not delete records from this table), and records from this table is directly displayed in the ITEM Detail screen (Item Lookup) in SIM. Ideally closed transfers and or allocations (in RMS) should be removed from this table via RIB, since there is no purge job for it. But it looks like it does not removes the records from RK_ALLOCATIONS even if the Allocation or transfer is closed (note- SIM
