SLA journal entries - never selected by "Transfer GL entries program"

 I've created SLA manual journal entries in order to rectify bad assignment of accounts on Receivable invoices (in order to rectify errror made by user who have occasionaly used Supplier account instead of Customer Account).The creation can be done, but whatever is the status "Final or Final and post" when I submit the Transfer GL entries my lines are never selected (I've also tried to run Create accounting program but it doesn't work too) ;

The Journal category is correcly assign to a squence value both in Primary and secondary ledger.

I would like to have also journal entries replicated in my secondary ledger.
