Tab Access Layout by role

I have a role that needs the Leads tab to be removed, however in both Account and Opportunity Related info they need to be able to see the Lead from there.  Is this possible?

Problems I am running into, they either cannot have access to Leads at all or they have access to Leads tabs/editting/related info

Is there no way of limiting the access to be this specific? should the access tab to leads be removed completely to make this easier?

For this Role I removed access, create, and read on step 2 for role setup

I also removed Leads from tab access in the Role setup step 5
