Hello!

I have been troubleshooting a memory problem on my M4000 and while I can easily get into xscf when the system is down by typing "#.", I cannot get into it when the system is running.  I am attempting to get into it from the serial port, and when the OS is up I get a login prompt, so "#." does not work.  I've looked everywhere for this information.

I am trying to get into xscf because it told me I had 64GB when xscf first came up (from a power cycle), but when I poweron the server I get an immediate amber light and when I do a prtdiag -v I only see 32GB available.  I had just added an extra 32GB and I followed the configuration rules, so I am a little confused on what the problem is.  I wanted to see what xscf was reporting without having to bring my server down.

Howdy, Stranger!
