Total Wait and Average wait in gv$aq in 11gr2

We just moved to Exadata 11gr2 from 10g non RAC DB. We have Aq setup where we are using a manual dequeue. The total wait time and average wait time is very high in gv$aq table even when the queue depth is very low.

This was never observed in 10g.
