Unable to modify the lists for the list attributes in the new sub class created

Hi,

We are working on a new sub class creation and working to enable some list P2/P3 attributes for the same.

But there is some issue and its not allowing us to change this once selected.

Its throwing some error saying this is used in some other objects.

Has anyone come across this issue? these attributes are becoming unusable.

Is there any fix or patch for the same?

We are on 9.3.1 currently.
