Workflow error messages generated but no actual errors found

Hi,

We are receiving a number of workflow error message each morning, but when we check these there are no problems with the workflows. There is some customisation of the workflow, but this is not the cause of the issue as there have been no recent workflow manager changes to cause these issues.

Can anybody provide any insight?
