Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

Upgrade of DB on 12.1.3

Hi all,

we did the installation of 12.1.1 which brought in 11gR1 database.

We did the upgrade to 12.1.3.

What patches are required now to upgrade database to 11.2.0.3.

Do we need to apply the interop patches mentioned in the doc for 12.1?
