How to query in PCM_OP_RATE_POL_PRE_TAX policy opcode to get GEOCODE from vertex tables

Hi,

We installed Vertex CommTax and Sales tax. Created separate shcema for vertex tables. We need to modify the PCM_OP_RATE_POL_PRE_TAX  policy opcode to query the geocoder and obtain the geocode for an account during account creation. Can anyone help me how to query to get goecode in  PCM_OP_RATE_POL_PRE_TAX  policy opcode from vertex tables.
