WebCenter Content 11.1.1.6 and BI-Publisher

Hello,
 I'd like to know if the integration between WebCenter Content and BI-Publisher is available in 11.1.1.6. I've noticed several BI-Publisher related jar files in the component called ReportPublisher, however when I try enabling the component the content server fails to start.
