US PAY: Perfomance issue with Federal State Tax Remittance Report

Our payroll team is reporting that this report "federal state tax remittance report " is taking 50 min to run now.  this used to take 2 min to run.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

Running Oracle 11i .  hr full install and up to date on patches for hr/payrolll.
