Tunning steps of AIX does not seems to be applicable for AIX 6.

Hi All,

I am involved ina implementation for Siebel 8.1 on IBM AIX 6.

I am in process of doccumenting a list of tunning parameters recommended in Performance Tunning Guide of Book shelf.

The methiods or commands provided for AIX kernel changes seems to be uising old method and this raises my query.

Is it that the performance tunning parameters and/or steps provided are not tegsted for AIX 6.

Please let me know if the recommendations provided in Performance tunning guide are still consistant for AIX 6 and if possibnle provide me the steps to be followed to set the kernnel level parameters for AIX 6.
