Unable to open the Blanket Purchase Agreement

Hi,

While opening the Blanket Purchase Agreement I was getting the below error


You cannot open this document. Errors were encountered while loading updates to this Blanket Purchase Agreement.You can clear the errors by running the concurrent program "Purge Purchasing Interface Processed Data"After applying the patch as per note ID : 1139755.1 the issue still persists but the error message is updated as below.This Action is not allowed.Errors were encountered while loading updates to this Blanket Purchase Agreement.Any help in this regard would be helpful.Regards,Divya
