Core Concurrent Processing - EBS (MOSC)

Added second CP Node. OPP is semi working. Need help/input.

Here is the full scenario

1. Single node CP box
2. single node db box
3. R12.3 EBS

Added a new CP box. Distributed the concurrent programs on boxes. Moved off the OPP to the new box since it is a much larger box and bigger RAM.

The OPP is producing xml and pdf out put correctly. However, the delivery using FTP from concurrent programs using SFTP from Delivery Options is failing. Revert back to the old box and it works correctly but we cannot have the OPP on the smaller box. Here is the error:
