Can a Catagory Code (14-20) be set up as Mandatory and can set up to have a default field

Hi Shelly,

I have a question, I already have Cat Code P014 set up to track history but I need to know if this can be set up as a mandatory field and can we also have a default data item populate in this category code as well?

If this can be done, How and where is it in the manual somewhere I can not find anything on how to set data item as mandatory field.
