How to install Siebel Handheld And configure the barcode

Hi everyone
I have many questions i have followed all the instructions which comes in the HHSales.pdf and it sends a Not Ok error i have checked the log but it doesn´t help me enough. Does anybody have the step by step ? Does anybody have a better reference ?
