Funds Capture Bank Transfer

We are running the Automated Receipts process.  We are able to to create Settlement Batches ithrough the fund Capture process, btut these batches all have the same error, "Failed - communication Error"  We are using the basic set up provided in note 4714418.1, which includes using Local File System Delivery protocol.  When we look in the directory we specified in Transmission Configuration, we do not see files created from this process.  We have verified that the directory we are looking for output is on the same server as the concurrent manager.
