barcodes with bursting

i am able to produce bar codes in my output via the concurrent program.  However, when i use bursting the barcode font is not being used.  Oracle told us to follow this document:

How to use Font mapping in Bursting? Why Font Mapping does not take effect in bursting? (Doc ID 1255684.1)

Still no barcode with bursting.

Any ideas?
