Advanced Supply Chain Plan Options Organization field LOV does not contain any value

Hello,

Customer is at 11.5.10

I have run the collection plan for the source instance and it has been completed normal

When I am defining the Plan Options for an Organization , I am not getting any Organization in the Org LOV in the Organization Tab.

I have checked the planning parameter and it is set for this Organization.
