Un-expiring IB Records

Hi.
We have few IB records expired in the system, but need to use these serial number. So we need to change the status to Created/ Or something other than expired. Is there any api or datafix we can use to change the status of these IB records?

there are material transaction associated to these serial numbers in Transaction Error Processing which cause these records to expired.

Appreciate your help.
