Not able to approve a user for iStore

HI Folks,

I have a pending approval for a user in iStore for which I have to go to CRM HTML Administrator and approve the same from Pending Approval. Unfortunately when I go to CRM responsibility and click on Pending Approvals then I get a error page showing error " You dont have sufficient Priviledges".

Although I am aware of giving JTF_SYSTEM_ADMIN_ROLE to my user but that is possible only from sysadmin responsibility which I dont have. I checked the profile for same but not able to change at Site Level.

Request you guys to suggest me the alternate ways of getting this done.
