Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Excel output overrides RTF property

Hi Experts,

Another question:

When the output is produced as an excel spreadsheet, few of the properties in RTF are overwritten :

1) Header/footer defined in RTF are not seen in the Excel print preview. The same can be seen in the PDF output.

2) Neither fixed column width nor word wrap function reflects in Excel output. It adjusts as per the width of text - which is not desired.

3)Same case with setting of margins of the page.

Is there a way to to address these problems? I am using BIP 11.1.1.3.

If not in Ver. 11.1.1.3, do we have a solution in the newer versions when the desired output is in Excel format?
