[Scheduled Concurrent Request - On Hold status]

Hi,

We have an concurrent request scheduled to run every 5:00AM every day.

Sample scenario: This scheduled ran succesfully on a Monday 5:00AM then ideally it would create a new scheduled the next day which is for Tuesday 5:00AM. Come Tuesday it ran again successfully then created a new scheduled request for Wednesday 5AM. Then Wednesday comes, the system encounters of whatsoever reason a problem that made the status of this scheduled request to be ON-HOLD. So no successful ran on Wednesday hence it did not create a new request for Thursday. Come Thursday, you still cannot release that scheduled req because of the problem still exist.
