ASAP - Configuring System Events and Alarms Using Stored Procedures

 Hi all,
 does anyone know the procedures sqlplus for Configuring System Events and Alarms?

In the administration guide explains what are the procedures and I tried to call but don't work.

While in a developer reference guid is not explained anything, just the datadictionary of the tables.

Does anyone provide me a sample of  procedures sqlplus that work fine?
