No BUI after AKOS upgrade

I just upgraded 8 7410's to ak-2011.04.24.1.0 and they all worked fine, no problems after upgrade.  On 2 of my remaining 7410's I am running into a problem.  After the upgrade completes everthing appears fine with it rejioning cluster and I get CLI access, but can't get the BUI to connect at all.  If I roll back it is fine.  Have reset/rebotted, removed the update and put it back again numerous times.  I checked logs.  Can't figure why this is happening. Any ideas that might help?
