How to update an Account field when an Opportunity is updated? Workflows?

Hi,

I want to update the Account type from "Prospect" to "Client" when the Sales Stage at the Opportunity is updated to "Closed/Won".

What is the best way to do it? I guess It must be done with a Work Flow, but do I need Javascript? Does anybody have an example?
