How to do a Reverse on a Ship Confirmation

If you want to reverse ship confirm, you can use the Ship Confirm program P4205 for A9.2 releases and greater at G4211/5.  You must first set the two new processing options behind the ship confirm program to do a reversal. 

 41. Enter '1' to display the Shipped               1       

      Mode on the video.                                      

 42. Enter the override next status code                    

      for reversals.          

Option 10 is used at the P4205 video and the field “Shipped  (Y)” is populated with a Y to do a reversal.
