Standing Charges Conversion/Migration from 11i to R12

Hi All,

We are re-implementing for one of our client from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3. As of now i have done conversion for Customers but

I want to migrate all Standing charges to R12. My Question is

1. Is there any Standard API for Standing Charges?
2. If not then what is the best way to load Standing Charge and Standing Charge Items  in R12.

Please suggest me what to do?
