User Management Oracle VM 3.0

 Hello everyone
I´m looking for a user administration interfase where I can add users assign permissions to VM´s and hosts, how ever I´m not able to find that in the User / installation / geting started guide. I´m currently testing Oracle VM Manager 3.0.3.126.


Does any one have this info in a white paper or this feature is not possible in this version? wich I seriously doubt
