Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Credit Limit Functionality is Not working

Hi,

I have customer with Credit Limit 50,000 and Order Limit 49,999

When i check the AR Balance it is showing 350000 and went to OM to create a new order,still oracle is accepting to create a new order

When i check existing orders there are no holds applied to the orders,Credit Check box also enabled.

What could be the reason.
