Has anyone done Order Entry CI to cancel and add lines to Sales orders. App 9.0, Tools 8.49.27

Hi,

I know Order Entry componenet is really big and complicated but I wanted to know if there are any dare devils out there. I have a CI and I can cancel a line only if there is one line on an order or all lines are already cancelled but the last one that I want to cancel. It would not allow me to cancel  e.g. line 2 on an order that has line 1 and 3 open. Also, it would not allow me to add line. I checked online and there are no pop ups or any funky code that
