ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation

I applied the Jan patch for an Oracle server 11.1.0.7.  After the patch i ran a utlrp.sql.  It returned a ORA-00980: synonym translation is no longer valid.  I have 755 synonyms that are invalid and all of the synonyms are PUBLIC.xxxxxxxx.

Any suggestions?
