Error uninstalling SWSE

Hi,
I was installing SWSE, when accidentally I installed it in C:\sba81 instead of F:\sba81. Now all other servers exist on F:\sba81 while SWSE is installed on C:\ When I tried uninstalling it, it was hung in the end, after all the cmd windows automatically closed after removing the files, (P.S.: no files were actually removed). I tried this many times, but in the end only the "Performing custom uninstalling actions" window remained, which did not close even after a long time. I tried researching for the issue, but all in vain. I then reinstalled another SWSE in the F:\ directory
