Incident Manager - clearing old incidents?

From the 12c docs, the incidents will clear once the condition that caused the incident will clear.
This is an update from 11g target that is now managed by 12c.  Incident is dated Aug 31 2011.  Can't seem to clear it.  THe database of course is up and agent 12c is happy about it.
