Hi,

I need to create an internal application that will allow our Sales team to look up all recent SR's logged for a given account.

Currently, only our Support team has licenses to access the CRM OD, so I'm looking into using the API functionality of CRM OD to create an interface where a Sales team member can enter the Account External Unique Id [<AccountExternalSystemId>] and return all SR's related to the account created within the past n days.

The Oracle Web Services On Demand Guide describes a "Web Services Toolkit" that is required to work with the application to query the hosted CRM OD database, however, I am unable to find the download on Oracle's Software Download site:
